The fitting includes an adjustable mounting base plate, allowing installation on uneven surfaces without additional spacers. Two operational variants are available: Standard version – manually controlled via external switching Photocell (dusk‑to‑dawn) version – incorporates an integrated light sensor that automatically switches the unit on at dusk and off at dawn The integrated photocell option enhances energy efficiency and eliminates the need for external timers or manual control, making it particularly suitable for security‑sensitive or unattended environments. It also contributes to safer pathways and access points by ensuring consistent illumination during low‑light conditions. With an IP44 rating, the Pathos 316 is suitable for outdoor use, providing protection against water ingress and solid particles.
