About this product

Lorenz Seating

The LORENZ Seating Collection features modular and monolithic benches crafted from enduring PDM (reconstituted stone) with integrated hardwood slatted seats and optional backrests. Designed by Pio & Tito Toso, the range includes straight and curved modules in two lengths—ideal for flexible, high-impact arrangements. As standalone or thoughtfully configured units, LORENZ brings natural solidity, sculptural presence and long-term performance to urban spaces.

Lorenz is a visually commanding, specification-ready bench system that enriches public realms with its blend of natural textures and flexible deployment. Composed of durable PDM (reconstituted granite or marble), each element conveys a monolithic, weighty presence and resists the rigours of high-traffic environments. The collection offers different modules (standard lengths of 1000 mm × 750 mm or 2200 mm × 750 mm) with options for flat seats or integrated hardwood backs placed on the inner or outer side. A curved module—a 120° arc with outer-placed hardwood seat—enables dynamic spatial layouts. Each bench supports both freestanding and modular installation, thanks to discrete bushings for lifting and precise placement. The hardwood detailing adds warmth, while the reconstituted stone material provides UV and weather resistance for UK and coastal conditions. Designed by renowned architects Pio & Tito Toso and realized via quality materialen, Lorenz delivers both aesthetic impact and practical longevity in plazas, civic precincts, campuses and redevelopment zones.
