KS1 Infant Goal Unit 1 (Basketball)

Designed for children aged 5–7, it supports active play, teamwork and the development of core movement and coordination skills. Optional target panels or cricket wickets provide added play value for varied KS1 activities.

Its 1500mm goal height, 2000mm width and 300mm depth provide an age‑appropriate size that boosts confidence, accuracy and engagement for children aged 5–7, making it suitable for both structured PE lessons and informal free play. Constructed from mild steel to BS EN 10210, fully galvanised and coated to BS 6497, it ensures exceptional durability, corrosion resistance and low maintenance, supporting heavy daily use in school and community environments. A vandal‑resistant, child‑safe design reduces finger‑trap risks and enhances long‑term reliability, a key priority for schools, local authorities and contractors. Available in a wide choice of standard RAL colours, the unit can be customised to complement wider playground aesthetics or school identity. Additional options such as cricket wickets and target panels expand the range of activities, encouraging competitive play, cooperative learning, communication, gross motor development and hand‑eye coordination. Designed in alignment with BS EN 15312 and EN 1270 multi‑sports safety standards, the unit meets the compliance expectations of education sector specifiers seeking high‑performance, future‑proof playground sports infrastructure.
